Baseball for smart, disciplined young athletes

THE PREMIER YOUTH BASEBALL PROGRAM IN NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE

CLUB HISTORY

The Santa Monica Zephyrs Baseball Club was founded in 2013 at the corner of 5th & Hollister in the Ocean Park neighborhood of Santa Monica, California. At this quiet intersection sits a legendary ball yard called Los Amigos Park. Youth baseball games have been played at Los Amigos since the early 1950’s.

The Santa Monica Zephyrs Baseball Club was formed to provide off-season baseball opportunities for players in the Los Amigos Baseball Association of Santa Monica, a non-profit organization that runs the baseball league at Los Amigos Park for players of ages 3-14.

The Santa Monica Zephyrs Baseball Club was conceived out of love of baseball and a desire to provide travel baseball teams with elite coaching without breaking the bank, spending countless nights at 2- and 3-star hotels in far flung locales, and giving up other sports that were in-season.

Over time, the Santa Monica Zephyrs Baseball Club grew to field teams at five different age levels. The Santa Monica Zephyrs coaching staff has produced dozens of athletes who have gone onto successful careers in successful athletic careers at the high school varsity level, college, and professional baseball.

Following the 2022 baseball season, the Santa Monica Zephyrs Baseball Club moved its base of operations to Nashville, Tennessee. Its current offerings include private sessions, group sessions, parent presentations, youth coach training, umpire training, youth league consultancy, and a weekly massive on the theme of “How to Help Kids Learn To . . . .“
